chapter 7

So today, MTV is coming to my house. Today I leave for…well I don’t know where the hell I’m going, but I’m leaving here. I’m so happy.

My father has been a pain in the *** and so has Alex. We aren’t together, but we are. It’s complicated. We went to my prom and his together. It was nice, but it could have been better if we were actually talking at the time. I spent all my money from working on my dresses and shoes and the limo.

I had nothing left for the show. I had to stoop really low and ask my sister. I had to tell her what I was doing. That sucked. I didn’t buy anything major. I don’t know where I’m going to be or what I’m doing. I don’t really care at this point as long I get the heck out of this place.

I am going to miss Henry so much though. Alisha is going to take care of him for me. She has a bulldog too and Henry gets a long great with Herman.

I haven’t been hanging out with Alisha a lot lately. I haven’t been hanging out a lot with anyone except for Henry. I’ve hung out with Tabby a few times. Not as much as I would like. I’ve been busy with cheerleading. And since I’m going to miss out of the summer camp when I leave, my coach had me coach a junior step team. That really sucked. They wanted to do their routine to ‘Hollaback Girl.’ I never want to hear that song again.

Well I’m all packed and ready. I have 3 suitcases full of my track pants and shorts. Nothing special. I don’t think that it’s going to be that glamorous for me anyway and who knows how long I will last on the show.

My dad was supposed to be here for the interview thing that they do before I go to the airport and he said he couldn’t make it. Oh well. His lost. I can’t believe that he’s not here to tell me good bye.
